Gordon Warren

This portrait is of my brother, Gordon Warren. He’s 12 years older than me and has always been the leader of the pack of his five siblings. He was the first born, first to leave home, first to serve his country, first to go to college, first to become a police officer, and the first to become a Reverend and to serve God. The straight-forward gaze brings to mind when he asks searching questions, encouraging his siblings to think of an appropriate answer! The warm light in the background represents the rising sun reaching toward the foot of the cross.
Dedicated to his steadfast, adoring wife Reverend Jo Marie Warren. What a power pair!
